When you're done cleansing your face, place the mask over it and tighten the headband to fit. Push and hold down on the "on" button for 3 seconds until a red light appears in front of you. Select your desired light and let it run its course for 15-20 minutes . To turn off press down on buttons once again when finished .Remove device from face carefully , massage any serum into skin to finish.
