What we collect
When you join our email list, we collect your email address, signup timestamp and email delivery and unsubscribe records. If you contact us, we receive the information you include. Shopify checkout collects the contact, delivery, billing and payment information needed to process your order.
How we use it
We use your details to manage signups, send SVNT welcome and launch emails, process orders, provide customer support and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Waitlist signups are available to the SVNT founder for managing the list.
Services that help us
Our website uses hosted website and database services. Email delivery may use Resend and Gmail; purchases are handled through Shopify, payment providers and delivery partners. Order details necessary for fulfilment may be shared with fulfilment partners. Those services may process information outside Australia. Their own privacy notices explain their processing and locations.
Email preferences
You can unsubscribe using the link in SVNT marketing emails, or contact us to ask to stop receiving them. Order and support messages may still be needed to manage a purchase.
Cookies & checkout
Shopify and payment services may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, security and localisation. Your browser allows you to manage cookies; disabling them may affect checkout.
Access, correction & complaints
Email tanya@svntskin.com.au to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or order-related purposes. We will respond to privacy concerns and explain the next steps.
