For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, email tanya@svntskin.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where useful. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Consumer guarantees

Australian Consumer Law provides automatic consumer guarantees. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. These rights cannot be removed by our terms or a warranty expiry date.

Warranty information

Any additional written warranty supplied with your product applies alongside your consumer rights. This page does not set a separate fixed warranty period. Contact us for the warranty information applicable to your product.

Changed your mind?

Contact us with your order details to discuss a change-of-mind request. Any agreed return conditions will be confirmed before you send the product. This does not affect your rights for products that are faulty or not as described.
