Shopping with SVNT
These terms cover purchases of SVNT products through this website and Shopify checkout. For order questions, contact tanya@svntskin.com.au.
Products, prices & payment
The Face Mask is A$499 and the Face + Neck set is A$649. Prices displayed on this website are Australian dollars. Shopify shows the final currency, shipping, applicable taxes and any accepted discount before payment. Preorders require full payment at checkout. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Preorders & delivery
Estimated dispatch is within 7 days of your order. Delivery time is additional. Tracking will be emailed when your order ships. Delivery estimates can change due to carrier or customs delays. See our shipping page for destinations, rates and international import charges.
Changes & cancellations
Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to change your address or request cancellation. We will confirm what is possible based on the status of your order. If an order cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund for the unavailable product.
Returns & your rights
For a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact SVNT with your order details and a description of the issue. Remedies will be provided as required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. See returns & warranty.
Using your product
Read the supplied instructions and suitability information before use. Use the device as directed. The SVNT app is a separate upcoming experience; purchasing a mask does not promise an app release date or device integration.
Discounts & community events
A code applies only when accepted at checkout and according to its displayed conditions. Event bookings made through another platform are subject to that organiser’s booking terms.
